ARTIST TALK @ QAGOMA
At 6:30pm on Friday 11 August, 2017 I will be presenting an artist talk at the Queensland Art Gallery I Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA). The talk is part of the public programs for the blockbuster Marvel exhibition. I will be talking about my favourite room in the show and how it relates to my practice.

I will be talking to Dr Paolo Magagnoli about my practice and all things Cindy Sherman at the Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA) on Sunday May 29 at 3pm. The conversation is part of 'Sundays with Cindy', a series of events celebrating the launch of the new Cindy Sherman show at QAGOMA.
Dr Paolo is a Lecturer in Art History at the University of Queensland interested in Photography and the Moving Image.

Resonance @ Miegunyah House Museum
Miegunyah House Museum is home to the Queensland Women's Historical Association. I'm in a show there opening May 6, 2016. Its an interesting project curated by Natasha Lewis Honeyman spanning three historical venues across Brisbane with works by: Mandana Mapar, Sally Molly, Sara Iran Nejad and Natasha LewisHoneyman. Throw on a frock and come by for a beverage. Its a great place to discover!

Guest Speaker: International Women's Day Forum
I am delighted to have been invited to present as part of Level ARI's annual International Women's Day Forum in 2016. The forum is being held at QUT on Saturday March 12, between 10am and 4pm. The 2016 focus is on the subject of women and nature.
Working with the New BA Visual, University of Canberra
The University of Canberra (UC) is offering a new Bachelor of Visual Arts that is being hosted locally by TAFE Brisbane. They have kindly invited me to spend a couple of hours a week working with the students for the semester. Excited to be involved!

REACH Education Workshop @ KickArts
On Saturday April 11 I will present an education workshop as part of the Far North Queensland REACH Arts Initiative. The program will incorporate an artist talk and personalised exhibition tour followed by a watercolour workshop and tableau vivant photo shoot.

On February 7 I will be presenting a teachers workshop as part of the Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA) education workshop. The presentation will feature an artist talk and exercises designed specially for primary and secondary students.
